The Sabres take on the Blue Jackets tonight in Columbus. Granted this is preseason, but the Sabres have looked a little out of sorts in the last few games. To get some confidence heading into the season, they should win one of the last two games.
Expect Lalime to get the bulk of the time tonight, with Miller starting last night. Also expect to see Matt Ellis in the lineup tonight as he was claimed off waivers from LA yesterday.
A stat of note, the Sabres have been outscored 6-1 in the first periods so far this preseason. They outscore their opponents 8-6 in the third.
Game time is 7:00 pm from the Nationwide Arena.
And as a last minute edit, the Sabres have announce that they will pick up the final game of the preseason against Detroit. They will have the FSN Detroit feed so if you want, just sync the game up with the radio.
