Bandits make another trade

The Bandits announced today that they have traded for Edmonton Rush forward Mike Accursi. Accursi once played for the Bandits during the 2000-04 seasons scoring 257 points in 73 games. He was playing for the Rush and has 33 points in 9 games with the Rush. The terms of the deal were Dan Teat and Buffalo's 1st round pick in 2009 and 2nd in 2008.

This only makes the Bandits better by trading for a player that knows the team and knows the culture in Buffalo. It also gets Teater out of town who has been struggling all season in the role of assistant captain. This leaves a couple of questions including who is going to be the new assistant captain.
Here is the story from NLL Insider
